Festive Charity Event - Thursday 13th
December
At Art Nrshinga we believe that Christmas is a time
for giving something back to the community around us. We have
decided to organise an auction to take place on Thursday
13th December in the new Art Nrshinga Gallery behind
68 Watling
Street, Radlett. All the proceeds from the
auction will be donated to registered charity 'Food For All'. The charity 'FFA' produces nutritious meal for
the homeless, disadvantaged and disabled around London. They
won a Sustainable City Award this year for their outstanding
commitiment to the community, outshining large corporate companies
such as BT and BSkyB. The FFA is based on the philosophy of self
help and is geared towards enabling homeless people to learn new
skills. We feel that this organisation is very worthwhile and that
especially at Christmas our help is necessary. On Friday
14th December the team at Art Nrshinga will be presenting
the 'FFA' with all the money raised
and then spending the day working with the generous staff in the
Camden centre.
Local businesses have donated generously and an array
of wonderful items will be put into our alongside original artwork
by Paresh Nrshinga. Nrshinga's abstract artwork is well known in
Radlett for being perfect for modern and stylish interiors for
homes, restaurants, bars and offices. For more details on the artist
